APPLE ANGEL TREE BACK TO SCHOOL PROGRAM
The Salvation Army Apple Tree Program is kicking off its fifth year of helping children in Middle Tennessee obtain what they need for school. An apple a day will help make a way for a child to receive the school supplies, uniforms and anything else they may need in preparation for the upcoming school year. We are asking folks in our community to make a difference and "Do the Most Good" in the life of a child eager to go to school.
We currently have 40 children in need of school supplies and uniforms. If you are interested in adopting an "Apple Angel" read below.
Four ways to Adopt an Apple Angel:
1. Adopt an Apple Angel by requesting a tag off our Apple Angel Tree. It is detailed with the child's clothing sizes, school colors, and other school supply needs. To adopt, call Amanda Grieves at 615-242-0411 x240
2. Provide a Target Gift card for a child. Ship to address below.
3. Provide a monetary donation and our staff will do the shopping for a child registered in the program.
4. Simply drop off school supplies: notebooks, pencils, crayons, etc. and we will distribute to students as needed.
