Jesus said that the kingdom of God belonged to such as these and we don’t want anyone of them to miss out on what it means to receive love. Like wise we want the donors that help buy the gifts to not miss out on what it means to give love without expecting anything in return. Donors don’t get to see the smile on that child’s face when they receive the gift but they are blessed in knowing that they have made a difference in the lives of a family.

We give out food boxes to, prequalified individuals filled with as much thanksgiving type food as we can afford. It will be up to the recipient to get the rest but it sure to give them more reason to be thankful in this joyous time.

We will be distributing Angel Tree gifts to all the Angels that have returned. Some Angels do not come back for whatever reason but we do are best to get something to everyone. Everyone should have a specific time to come. Please do not come any other time.

At The Salvation Army we like to bring in the New Year as a church family. In Ponca City we also like to be with other family so we do its midnight somewhere and so at 7:00pm we will bring in the New Year and with this years theme Madagascar we are sure to have fun. We will learn about the Madagascar experience some of their food as well as games. Everyone is welcome to come join the fun.
