Of the 50 Salvation Army mission specialist (SAMS) positions made available to missionminded
Salvationists of the Southern
Territory, the Florida Division boasts 13
ʖ making that group the largest of the nine divisions.

Waters conservatory graduates 53 young musicians
This summer 53 young people graduated from the Jack T. Waters Music Conservatory. The conservatory is a highlight of Winston-Salem Area Commanᤒs Academy of Music and Arts. Students attend the conservatory for nine weeks during the summer and receive instruction in band, music theory, art and chorus. Each student also selects an elective from a choice of classes that includes piano, guitar, strings and drum line.
