
The USA Southern Territory has established a comprehensive review process to effectively expedite the dreams and wishes of Joan Kroc in establishing centers for the development of potential in the Arts, Culture, Education, and Sports. This is all under the mission and ministry of The Salvation Army.
Four components must be addressed and balanced before a plan can be considered for approval.

The following cities have applied for Kroc funding and are "preliminarily approved", and as such are allowed to proceed to develop a comprehensive proposal for Territorial review and potential final approval.

As of July 20, 2006 only Atlanta, Georgia is approved to commence building.
