2012 Angel Tree
The Salvation Army's Angel Tree provides Christmas assistance for children of qualifying families.
Applications will be taken at 2114 Oakwood Avenue on the following days only:
September 24, 2012 from 8:30am until 4:30pm
September 25, 2012 from 8:30am until 7:00pm
September 26, 2012 from 8:30am until 4:30pm
September 27, 2012 from 8:30am until 4:30pm
September 28, 2012 from 8:30am until 7:00pm
Qualifying Children: 1 to 12 years of age
You must bring the following information to Angel Tree Registration:

Your picture ID

Social Security cards for every member of the household or birth cerfificate for each child

Current utility bill with current address

Lease agreement, rent receipt or mortgage payment booklet

Proof of all income, earned and unearned for every member of your household

Food Stamps benefits
-
If you have on income and someone else pays ANY of your bills, we MUST see their ID and income information as well as your own
