The Salvation Army's Disaster Relief Teams Bring More Than Food to Simpson County

Over 1,800 served meals served on Thursday in Simpson County.
Magee, Miss.(March 26, 2009) When The Salvation Army initiates a disaster relief operation, the first aim is to meet the basic needs of those who have been affected, both survivors and first responders. Even at this level, The Salvation Army's workers are ministering in that they serve as a means of expressing God's love.

THE SALVATION ARMY RESPONDS TO TORNADO VICTIMS IN SIMPSON COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI
Magee, Miss.(March 26, 2009) - In the overnight hours of March 26, 2009, a strong line of storms moved across Mississippi spawning a tornado across ten miles of Simpson County.
