Extended Stay Program
The Salvation Army’s extended stay program helps individuals transition to work and self-sufficiency from homelessness. Support services, along with the provision of housing for up to one year, help participants prepare for and move successfully into independent living.
Extended StayProgram Details
· Up to one year stay, including meals
· Case management during stay
· Help securing identification
· Assistance with transition to independent living, including first month’s rent when moving out
· Help with job skills, securing employment
· Placement in program through an interview process with Shelter Manager
