Leadership
The Central Arkansas Area Commander is Major Alan Hill. Major Belinda Hill is Director of Women's Ministries and co-Area Commander. The Salvation Army Central Arkansas Area Command is part of the Arkansas-Oklahoma Division, led by Major Stephen Morris.
