Camp Happy Valley is owned and operated by The Salvation Army of Charleston and is located minutes from I-64 in beautiful Teays Valley on 167 acres of mountains, rolling hills, woods and open fields. Children ages 6-14 can qualify for a scholarship, and all others can pay a nominal fee of $50 to attend a one week session.
