How to Become a Member of The Salvation Army Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Charlotte
Club membership is open to any youth between the ages of six and eighteen. Click the link at the bottom of this page (under "Available Downloads") to access the 2009-2010 School Year Membership Application. The application can be filled out directly on your computer using Adobe Reader and then printed.
Once the application has been completed, please verify that all information has been filled out completely. Then, print out the completed application and sign the appropriate signature line on page two of the application. You may then take the completed and signed application, along with your child's birth certificate (or other official proof of birthdate), and the $5.00 membership fee to the club location for which you wish your child to attend.
Below, you will also find the "Acceptable Use of Internet and Other Electronic Resources" Policy. This document should be read thoroughly, signed by both the applying Club member and their legal guardian, and turned in with the membership application.
