Repair work donated to fix driveway at Salvation Army apartment buildings 19/10/2011
The driveway at The Salvation Army's Friendship Houses has looked like the
Martian terrain for several years, with potholes and serious cracking. But we
have three heroes who have come to our rescue. It started with our friend,
Glenn Adams, Principal and member of Board at EF Energy, LLC, and co-owner and
CEO at Texas Shales Gas Resources, LLC.
Glenn's talented son,
Andrew, became interested in the Friendship Houses more than a year ago when he
planned and executed the building of a patio and grill for the residents as his
Eagle Scout project. When Glenn learned about the condition of the drive at the
Friendship Houses, he turned to his good friend, Jim Ryffel, CEO of Woodcrest
Capital, who called upon Jim Everett, Woodcrest's Construction Team Manager to
"make it happen." Our great thanks to these friends of the Friendship Houses
for helping us to provide a safe driveway for residents and visitors.
