You are in: The Salvation Army to Feed the Poor and Homeless on Thanksgiving Day
than 2,000 people will share a free, traditional Thanksgiving dinner with all
the trimmings at area Salvation Army homeless shelters. The meals will be
served to homeless individuals and families that can’t afford to prepare a
Thanksgiving-style dinner at home. The meals with trimmings will include turkey,
dressing, green beans, mashed potatoes, yams, fresh rolls, and pumpkin pie.
