Used vehicles can help put men in the Houston area back on the road to recovery. By donating your car, truck, RV, or boat on a trailer, you can help men who are fighting and winning with God's help, the battle against substance dependency. Our program is no-cost for those with limited or no resources and we receive no government funding. We simply rely on the tax deductible donations of friends and supporters like you.
Vehicles donated to Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center in Houston are sold at regular auctions to raise funds for the program. To donate a car, contact us by phone, email, or fill out the Vehicle Donation Form that will be automatically emailed to us. Please have title and current odometer reading available.
You will receive an IRS Form 1098-C for the vehicle indicating your tax deduction. If the value is $500 or less, you may use the NADA guide or the Kelley Bluebook to find the market-value of your vehicle. This should be adjusted for any needed repairs.
