Captains Brad and Anita Caldwell serve the Lord in Moscow Russia with the Salvation Army's Eastern Europe Territory. Brad is the Territorial Education Secretary and Anita is the Territorial Secretary for Leadership Development as well as the Training and Education Center Director.
