Used vehicles can help put men in the Jacksonville area back on the road to recovery. By donating your no longer needed operable car, truck, RV, or boat on a trailer, you can help men who are fighting and winning with God's help, the battle against drug and alcohol addiction. Our program is no cost for those with limited or no resources and we receive no government funding. We simply rely on the tax deductible donations of friends and supporters like you.
Vehicles donated to the Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center in Jacksonville are sold at regular auctions to raise funds for the program. To donate a car, contact us by phone, email, or fill out the Vehicle Donation Form that will be automatically emailed to us.
The vehicle should be in driving condition. We will give you a receipt acknowledging that the vehicle has been donated. The IRS tax exemption for the vehicle is limited to the amount the vehicle sells for in our monthly auctions. IRS form 8282 will be mailed to you with the sale price after auction.
