Valid Drivers License for Owner(s)
(When putting the Title in the name of two (2) people, both must be
present)
Proof of Insurance
(If you do not have the card with you, a Florida Insurance Affidavit may be signed. You will need to provide the name of the insurance company, policy number and the year/make of vehicle covered under this policy and coverage provided (Property Damage Liability and/or Personal Injury Protection) Florida Insurance must be current.
Transferring a Tag:

Registration on Vehicle Tag from which the tag is being transferred From, and the License Plate
If you do not have this with you, you must be able to provide the Year, Make, Type, Color, License Tag Number and Decal Number for the vehicle the tag is being transferred from. If tag is expired, you must purchase a new tag. Tag expires on BIRTHDAY, not the end of month.
