The Jack McDowell School for Leadership Development is the product of partnerships, both internal and external to The Salvation Army. Internal partners include Evangeline Booth College and its Board of Visitors, as well as members of the Territorial Executive Council. External partnerships began with Arrow Leadership Ministries whom God sent our way in the formative days of the school. Through our ongoing consulting partnership with Arrow, we also enjoy the benefits of their many partnerships in the Christian leadership community.
