Greetings and welcome to The Salvation Army in Lake & Sumter Counties, Florida. Please visit the various pages that will give you an excellent tour of the programs and services we offer to our communities. We serve a large geographical area in central Florida and a wide range of communities from small rural towns to the larger cities of Leesburg, Bushnell & Clermont.
During your tour, you will see that along with our traditional social services and emergency assistance to those who need food, rent, or utility assistance we also provide emergency/disaster help following events such as tornados, hurricanes and fires. We also provide a meeting space for other community agencies and we provide chaplain services to the Sumter County Detention Center in Bushnell.
