Our Social Services have a Hot Meals Program that provides a healthy breakfast, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday to impoverished members of our community. Each Tuesday, we provide lunch and a program for Senior Citizens and the homeless in our community with the assistance of Morrison United Methodist Church. In addition, we assist needy residents with utility bills throughout the year. Social Services also maintains a Food Pantry to provide emergency food when needed. We assist needy families with clothing vouchers, household item vouchers, comfort kits, and prescription medicine funds. We provide emergency shelter when needed. Social Services coordinates our Holiday Assistance Program providing Thanksgiving and Christmas food cards, and Christmas toys for needy families annually.
