Shelter:
The Salvation Army in McAllen operates an Emergency Shelter designed to temporarily house the homeless and to enable the homeless population to move steadily towards independent living.
Extended Stay Program:
Our shelter offers a long term program to help transition homeless people from living on the street to being self sufficient and in their own homes. It includes AA meetings, personal development courses, and more. The program is designed to take up to one year.
