VISION 2020 - Live Music in Every Corps by 2020

The Territorial Music Department is happy to announce Vision 2020. Our goal is that there will be some type of live music and arts in every corps in the Southern Territory by the year 2020 that will enhance worship, whether it be piano accompaniment or praise team, guitar, dance group, brass band, songster brigade, singing company, drama group, timbrels, visual arts, etc. The Salvation Army soldiers and officers are gifted with so much music and arts talent. We want to encourrial Music Committee have caught the vision and will be working on the divisional level to offer training and resources that will support these efforts to move to the use of live music and arts in worship services across the territory.
