Camp Tomahawk
Located in Hedgesville, WV, Camp Tomahawk is an extension of the ongoing religious and social programs offered by The Salvation Army. Its summer program provides residential camping programs for members of The Salvation Army youth programs as well as offering additional camping programs for underprivileged youth ages 7 - 12 from Maryland and West Virginia. Each camper participates in group activities and educational opportunities as well as enjoying the 180 acres of recreational amenities including swimming, basketball and a state-of-the-art ropes course.
Camp Happy Valley
Located in Teays Valley, WV, Camp Happy Valley provides children in West Virginia ages 6 -14 with a camping experience meant to leave them with a better appreciation for the great outdoors. Children participate in hiking, swimming, boating, fishing, biking, basketball, crafts, nature study, archery and Bible Study. The featured attraction of the camp is the Challenge Towers Rope Course.
