You're on the Right Track! You've made the right choice.
Beneficiary Entrance Requirements
A. The man must be between the ages of twenty-one (21) to fifty-nine (59) years of age.
B. The man must pass both a breath and drug test.
C. The man must have two (2) forms of identification, a Social Security Card is mandatory, plus some form of ID with a photo.
D. The man would be asked if he is on parole or probation or if he has any upcoming Court Dates or if he is under court order to be the program. He will be asked if he has any doctor appointments or hospital visits scheduled in the first thirty (30) days. He must document any legal obligations.
E. A copy of the ARC Rules would be given to the new beneficiary for him to read before his interview.
F. The prospective beneficiary must understand this is a Spiritual, Work Therapy, and Self-Help program. He would be given a work therapy assignment and would be expected to perform duties daily, which consists of 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week.
G. He would be restricted to the premises for the first thirty (30) days, and would be allowed visitors on Sunday mornings for Church only.
H. There is No Charge, unless he has outside income.
