The Salvation Army, Southern Territorial Property Department is an integral part of the Business Section of Territorial Headquarters. Our function is to process all materials, legal documents, payments and receipts relative to all real estate transactions, new construction and renovations, lease properties, and general upkeep and repairs of The Salvation Army facilities to the Territorial Property Council, which is a subsidiary decision making body of the Board of Trustees.
We represent nine divisions (Alabama/Louisiana/Mississippi, Arkansas/Oklahoma, Florida, Kentucky/Tennessee, Maryland/West Virginia, National Capital/Virginia, North Carolina/South Carolina, & Texas), as well as the Adult Rehabilitation Centers Command, and the College for Officer Training.
