Since 1990, The Salvation Army has been filling a critical need for the people of Madison, Rockcastle, Estill and Lee counties. Through our Worship and Service Center, Thrift Store and Emergency Shelter we assist and encourage people year round in their time of need through holistic ministries and programs that offer immediate and long-term solutions to spiritual, physical, emotional and social needs.
