Captains Mark and Sally Love are the officers at The Salvation Army in Richmond. They function both as directors of the social service programs as well as pastors of the church. The Loves both came from management backgrounds before becoming officers, and they have 5 grown children and 8 grandchildren, so they bring a wealth of life experience to their leadership.
The Love’s vision for ministry is to communicate God’s love to people through practical and caring ways… then to provide opportunities for the people of the Richmond community to get involved. We like to say to our volunteers and donors, “Thank you for helping us help others.”
