THRIFT STORE/DONATION PICK-UP

Where can I bring items I would like to donate?
Preferred Locations:
(Donations may also be brought to the Center of Hope, located at 1400 10th Street .)
Will I be given a receipt?
Yes. It is your responsibility to have a list of the items. We will stamp your list as received and give you a receipt for the items. The Salvation Army does not give prices for the items received.

What type of volunteers does The Salvation Army need?
We have many different categories of volunteers:
What is the time commitment for volunteers?
Time commitment varies according to the volunteer activity. Some are available as you have time; others would need a commitment for certain days or hours.
Would I be given training
Each volunteer goes through an orientation time to learn the parameters of the task.

COMING EVENTS
- Applications for Christmas Assistance through the Angel Tree program will be taken as follows:
- Registration will be at the Media Center 1400 10th Street. (Dates To Be determined)
The Salvation Army red kettles, with the assistance of our wonderful volunteers, will "ring the bell", at malls and stores from November28 - December 24.
Thanksgiving Dinner will be served at the Salvation Army on Thanksgiving Day from 11:00am - 3:30pm.
Christmas Dinner will be served on Christmas Day from 11:00am - 3:30pm.
