League of Mercy
Visitation of shut-ins, health care facility residents, and hospital patients is an important part of The Salvation Army's Mission. We visit once a month on a Sunday afternoon and take a small remembrance with us each visit.

 Emergency Assistance
Throughout the year, people come to The Salvation Army in need of assistance, either for food, clothing, financial assistance with rent, utilities, or medical. Other types of assistance include transportation, shelter, school supplies for children and summer camp attendance as well as our traditional 
Thanksgiving and Christmas
Assistance. 

  We respond to emergency disasters when called
upon at anytime.
In September, 2002, the "Older Adults (Seniors) Group" was formed and  has been growing every week. It is held three days a week,
Tuesday (Community Care
and Men's Club)
Wednesday (Christian Seniors Fun Day), 
Friday (Bible Study & Visitation).
