Sally's House- an Emergency Shelter for Women and Women with Children
Sally's House provides shelter services for women and women with children, Recipients can be those who only need shelter for an immediate short term crisis or those who, with case management, need longer term extended stay. Either way, Sally's House, weekly meetings are led by the case manager. Additionally, the "house mother," an employee of The Salvation Army, is on site at all times getting to know the women and helping them on their journey. This program has a high success rate thanks to the dedication and support of those involved in it. To that end, a big salute goes out to the Waco Junior League Provisional Class for helping us furnish the facility and for their on-going commitment to make Sally's House a "home" for struggling participants.
