TRANSITIONAL HOUSING: is a concept in which people in need of housing are assisted for a period of time to help them stabilize their lives, make permanent living arrangements and reach self-sufficiency. Did you know, The Salvation Army's Center of Hope provides temporary housing and support services for up to 2 years for homeless men and works closely with the Veterans Administration to provide housing to homeless veterans.
Call us today if you are homeless or doubled up (sleeping on someone's sofa).
Our veteran's programs may be just what you need to get back on your feet...and into your own permanent housing.
TRANSITIONAL BEDS AVAILABLE:
- Contract
- Grant and Per Diem
Call Susan today: (561) 682-1118 x142 or leave a message
OR CALL YOUR VA SOCIAL WORKER TODAY TO INQUIRE ABOUT GPD/CONTRACT HOUSING OPTIONS.
IF YOU ARE ELIGIBLE, WE WILL COME PICK YOU UP AND HELP YOU MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR ENROLLMENT AND INTAKE.

We are proud to serve our local veterans at our Center of Hope. The Veterans in our program participated in the 2012 Veterans Day Parade in West Palm Beach.
Thank you for your service!
