Charity Golf Tournament to benefit Salvation Army programs
The Salvation Army of Pasco County is having a golf tournament fund-raiser on Friday, October 21, 2011.
This event will be held at Lexington Oaks Golf Club, 26133 Lexington Oaks Blvd, Wesley Chapel, FL 33544.
The event will be a shotgun - scramble
All players will need to be at the course by 12:00 noon for registration as well as hitting a bucket of balls prior to the star1, if desired, at no additional cost.
Shotgun play will start at 1:00pm
Dinner and awards will follow golfing (PDF attached showing what our dinner will be)
The cost of the event will be $340.00 per foursome, which breaks down to $85.00 per player. If you also plan on being a sponsor of the event, the following are the sponsorship levels which are in addition to the cost per foursome:
Basic - $0.00 - $99.99
Silver - $100.00 - $249.99
Gold (Tee Box) - $250.00 - $499.99
Platinum (Event) - $500.00 and up.

In addition to cash sponsorships, we would also like in-kind donations that can be used for the event. The value of the donation will determine the level of sponsorship. Please call with any questions.
If you are interested in playing in and/or sponsoring our event, we would like to have the total amount in to us as soon as possible, but please, no later than Friday, September 30, 2011. This is three weeks prior to the event. Once we receive payment and if you are a sponsor of the event, we will be calling to verify the sponsor's name. All sponsors will be named in print on the event program. All Silver, Gold and Platinum sponsors will be listed at all of the tee boxes. Tee box sponsors (Gold) will have an individual sign at one tee box. Event sponsors (Platinum) will have an individual sign at one tee box and at the awards dinner.
