Worship & Spiritual Development
Creating a better life for millions on earth is only a part of what The Salvation Army does in the 109 countries we serve around the world. The Salvation Army believes that humankind has been created to enjoy life on earth, but, more importantly, to have a loving and eternal relationship with God.
God's love is the underpinning of all the social service we do. We serve a meal on earth so that we may share about the fullness of God.
We provide a bed not just to give the weary rest on earth, but to be able to share how we can each rest in the arms of a loving God.
